There are seven "drop box" locations on campus where you can deposit your payments to the Central Cashier. At each location (except the Administration Bldg.) there are three white mail boxes marked Outgoing Mail, Interdepartmental Mail, and Special Mail. Use the "Special Mail" box to deposit your payment. (No postage required.)At the Administration Building use the drop slot at the main entrance marked "Drop Box."

Drop Box Locations and Pick-Up Times

	2:30 P.M. Public Services Building (7) The drop box is located near the north side parking lot.
	2:35 P.M. Engineering (310) The drop box is located on the west side of the ICS Engineering Research Facility.
	2:40 P.M. Physical Sciences (410) The drop box is located on the southwest corner of the Research Facility near Parking Lot #12.
	2:45 P.M. College of Medicine (811) The drop box is located on the north side of Med Sci B.
	2:50 P.M. Biological Sciences (514) The drop box is located near the service road, across from the Greenhouse.
	2:55 P.M. Fine Arts (725) The drop box is located on the west side of Studio Four near Parking Lot #11.
	3:30 P.M. Administration Building (111) The drop box is located at the main entrance.

To Use a Drop Box To Deposit Your Payment to the Central Cashier:

• Submit a check, money order, or cashier's check, made payable to U.C.Regents.
• If paying registration fees:
  Make sure you clear any holds or outstanding debts you may owe to the University. Release forms and/or payments for outstanding debts may be included with your registration fee payment. Payment must total exact amount on payment stub (plus outstanding debts if any).
• Enclose payment and payment stub in an envelope addressed to the Central Cashier's Office (no postage required).
• Payments deposited before the drop box pick-up times will reach the Central Cashier the same day. Payments deposited after the pick-up times will be delivered the following business day. Registration fee payments deposited after the last pick-up on the fee payment deadline day will be assessed late charges. For more information or assistance, contact the Central Cashier.

Do not use a "Special Mail" drop box to deposit your housing payment. Housing has its own cashier location and drop slot specifically for housing payments only. For information regarding housing payments contact the Housing Cashier at (949) 824-4941.
