By submitting my electronic PACE Application, I certify that I have read the PACE Plan Terms and Conditions, and that I understand and agree:

• To apply once each quarter, to participate;
• To cancel my PACE Plan Agreement if I decide not to participate after I have applied for the quarter, to avoid accidental activation;
• To verify the correct PACE Plan amount before paying my first installment, because changes to waivers, financial aid and/or graduate support will also change the installment amount (until such time as the payment has been credited and the PACE Agreement activated);
• To apply and activate my PACE Plan Agreement no later than the quarterly registration fee deadline, by paying in full the first installment plus the applicable participation fee;
• To pay all installments on time and in full, or accept applicable late charges, penalties, and punitive actions deemed necessary to collect my past-due balance;
• That making a PACE payment does not guarantee my fees will be paid, if certain other required conditions are not met (if I have not paid other past-due obligations preventing registration or have not met enrollment Minimum Required Units to use my aid, for example);
• That I will forfeit my non-refundable PACE participation fee after activation, even if I am later disqualified, cancelled, or withdrawn from registration;
• That I may still owe a balance to PACE after applicable credits for registration withdrawal or cancellation have been applied to my outstanding balance;
• That my waiver, financial aid, and/or graduate support credits will first be applied to my outstanding PACE balance, prior to disbursing the remainder to me.

PRIVACY DISCLOSURE:

State and Federal privacy laws prevent our discussing a student's fees or accounts receivable or PACE information with anyone other than the student except by his/her written permission.

Students who wish to allow their financial information to be discussed with another individual (a parent, for example), must print, complete, sign, and personally deliver a hard copy Authorization to Release Financial Information to Campus Billing Services.  Students must be prepared to show current picture identification (UCI student ID card, passport, or driver's license).

SPECIAL NOTE:

Under campus policy, outstanding debts to UCI prevent the payment of registration fees. Debts will cause your payment to be returned, prevent you from receiving campus services or financial aid disbursements, and you will lose your classes.
