Q. Has my transcript request been received by your office?

A. Transcript requests/payments are treated as top priority. When a transcript request is received by our office, the payment is processed immediately and the request is taken to the Registrar's Office to be produced and mailed. We don't mind checking to see if your payment has been processed, but it's best to talk with the Registrar's Office first to see if they have record of sending your transcript out. Transcripts are usually sent within two working days from the time your request is received. You can reach the Registrar's Office at (949) 824-6124.

Q. Can you check to see if my registration fees are paid?

A. The best way to determine when and how your registration fees may have been paid is by checking ZOT Account Online.  Just use your UCInetID to log in, enter your student ID number, then click on the "Registration Fees" button to see your registration fee status.

Fee payment verification is available through the Registrar's WebReg application, by following the instructions on the Enrollment web page. When you don't have access to the Internet, you can call TELE at (949) 725-9824.  Be sure to listen to the entire enrollment message to hear fee payment verification right before exiting the call.
