Fee Payment Deadline Changed Fee Payment Deadline Changed
The Spring 2008 fee deadline has been changed to Monday, March 17, 2008.
  • In the future, fees will consistently be due on the 15th of the month.
  • If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be the next working day.
  • A consistent deadline will make it easier for students to monitor and observe this critical date.
  • Failure to meet a fee payment deadline will result in the assessment of a $50.00 late service charge and classes will be dropped.
  • Postmarks are not considered.  Your payment must be physically or electronically received by the Central Cashier's by 4:30 PM on March 17, 2008.

Printable Authorization Authorization to Release Financial Information 
The privacy of your student records is protected by state and federal law.
Provide the express written permission required to release financial information to others.
  • Authorize the release of account information to named individuals, such as parents.
  • Specify the people you've decided have a need to know .
  • Campus Billing Services, the Central Cashier, and Accounting will disclose account information to authorized requesters.
  • Account information may include charges, payments, waivers, and holds.
  • You may revoke authorization for any or all persons named, at any time, in writing.
You must complete, sign, and personally deliver the printable authorization form to Campus Billing Services.
